About the firm

“Bringing a business mind to accounting”

Cycle CPA  was founded because we saw that green industry businesses needed a service that went above what an average accounting firm provides. We understand that running a green industry business is tough and they face unique seasonality and cash flow issues that are not as common in other types of businesses. Utilizing the data and experience from working with hundreds of green industry businesses, we pass on advice and guidance to help you succeed financially. Our services provide meaningful insights on  financials to grow and scale successfully. That’s what sets us apart, we provide analytical and insightful services that go above and beyond your normal accountant and at an affordable price. We feel just as invested in your business as you are and we consider ourselves like partners.

Cycle CPA is a full service firm that offers bookkeeping, controller, and CFO services. Our firm is trusted for doing what’s right by our clients.  We create excellent client relationships, and by doing this we uncover client needs. This enables us to custom-tailor our services to fit what’s best for them.

Carla Policastro, CPA & Joe Policastro founded Cycle CPA and created a model to help their clients all throughout the United States. We strive to be up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry knowledge in order to help you save time and money.

Socially-Aware firm

We believe in helping our clients, but also giving back to our community. Cycle CPA donates some proceeds made to Angela’s House, a non-profit organization helping children with special healthcare needs.

In 1992, the non for profit Angela’s House, was created to offer families and professionals an agency to call to help medically frail children and their families. Angela’s House has helped to simplify home care options for families by coordinating the extensive array of services needed to support medically frail children at home.
